- I'm a 20something Canadian on a fresh start. Within three months, I moved to the Southern US, purchased my first home, and got married. It's a little crazy, but anything worth doing is! Although my first love is the kitchen, I've recently embarked on a journey of wellness, which has brought on a new range of experiences and emotions. As well, I love to review new products and old favorites, and am having a blast discovering a whole new world where healthy choices and taste can coincide!

I love this video. We need a lot more acceptance these days. Not sure when that is going to happen. I'm hopeful!
thank you for posting this...my younger sister almost died of anorexia. I'm sure all the sterotypes of what a women is supposed to look like helped to fuel it. It's important that we break out of these sterotypes. Thanks again.
